The Iowa Finance Authority (IFA) Board has approved the 2026-27 Second Amended 9% QAP and 2026-27 First Amended 4% QAP. The Second Amended 9% QAP will next be submitted to the Governor for required final approval.

Both QAPs and supporting documents, including the updated 9% Appendix Package and the updated 9% Online Application Guide, are available on the LIHTC Resources page on IFA’s website.
