An experimental "classroom without walls," the Open MINDS Institute offers topical seminars and workshops. Your dedication to the "life of the mind" is rewarded with stimulating, current concepts under the direction of master academics, including Fairfield University faculty. Pure educational enrichment without any homework or assessments is the kind of learning you've always wished for! These classes emphasize active participation.
Open MINDS courses will be held both on Fairfield University’s campus and the Pequot Library in Southport, CT. Courses are $275 each for Quick Members or $290 for non-members. If you enroll in two or more courses, you will enjoy a discounted price of $250 per course.

| This class surveys how Yahweh endows Bezalel with the gifts of “craftsmanship to do mastery weaving, working with gold, silver, wood, and stone to create every manner of work.” Presented in conjunction with the Fairfield University Art Museum’s exhibition about the Polish Jewish artistic hero Arthur Szyk [1894-1951], special attention is given to the Christian masters of the Hebrew Bible.
