One of the key agenda items for this GAC meeting was to share a summary of Groundswell’s recent strategy retreat, where the team conducted a SOAR (Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations, Results) analysis and discussed key challenges to help inform future planning and priorities. We deeply appreciate the Advisory Council’s thoughtful insights and feedback, which are helping to shape and strengthen Groundswell’s direction moving forward.
