Dear affordable rental housing development partners,
This notice announces the reopening of the Predevelopment Loan Program fund (PDLP).
As of July 13, 2026, the available PDLP resources have increased above $1.5 million lifting the PDLP fund’s suspension. At the time of this notice there is $3,313,375 available for affordable housing predevelopment opportunities. Eligible PDLP borrowers may request up to $750,000 per development project.
Following program guidelines, which require a 30-day public notice period, PDLP applications will be accepted beginning August 17, 2026.
Applications submitted prior to this date will be returned to applicants as Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) cannot accept or hold applications before the public notice period has ended.
