The 2026 9% Federal Housing Tax Credit Application is now available on the Housing Tax Credit Resources web page, along with the 2026 9% Application Guide, HOME/NHTF Appendices Package and the 2026-2027 Amended 9% QAP as approved by the IFA Board on November 5, 2025.
