During this temporary closure, we're excited to invite you to join your awesome Aquatics Instructors for some out-of-the-water fitness fun! Our team has curated a fresh lineup of classes designed to invigorate your routine, challenge your limits, and spark joy in new ways.
These classes are complimentary and held in the former FitKid space (through the main entrance and to the right). Reservations are recommended on our website or mobile app.
Sit & Be Fit
Choose to sit or stand for this all-levels class improving posture, strength, flexibility, and balance. Utilize various equipment for a full-body workout.

Out of the Water: Land Games
Make your workout feel like fun and games, with a fitness flair. Improve your strength, balance and posture all while enjoying a heart-rate pumping good time.
