Join our 2nd rowing workshop for the year. If you were not able to attend the last rowing workshop, this an opportunity to take the class with Zach Ovall.Â
Learn to row safely, efficiently, and effectively in this one-hour workshop designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, and VO₂ max—all while reducing injury risk.
Rowing is a total-body, low-impact workout that strengthens legs, glutes, core, back, and arms. It’s ideal for older adults because it’s joint-friendly, builds functional strength, improves posture, and boosts endurance.
|
VOâ‚‚ max is a key measure of heart, lung, and muscle efficiency. Higher VOâ‚‚ max levels are linked to better performance, longer energy, and even increased longevity. Rowing is one of the most effective ways to improve it, because it engages a large amount of muscle safely and efficiently.
|
- Learn step-by-step rowing technique
- Tips to row efficiently and avoid injury
- How to follow a safe, progressive program
|
At the end of the workshop, you’ll receive a 6-week Progressive Rowing Program designed to improve your VO₂ max. We’ll do a VO₂ max test during class to track your baseline, and you can repeat it after 6 weeks to see your improvement.
Spots are limited to 8 participants so sign up soon!

Both intermittent fasting and time-restricted eating give your digestive system a chance to rest and improve insulin sensitivity, helping your body manage energy more efficiently. Time-restricted eating, where you eat all your meals within a 10–12 hour window, is often the more sustainable and balanced approach for most people.
