Please see the following information that will help your visit be as smooth as possible:

Guidebook Conference App

This year, we are introducing the Baylor Guidebook app - your go‑to companion for navigating the conference.

You can access the full schedule, speaker bios, maps, updates, and more, all in one easy place. Click the button below to download the app.

How to locate your session:

Go to "Schedule" and search for the session title (not presentation title), or
Go to "Presenters and Chairs," search for your name, and click on your name. Your session(s) will be displayed. You can click them, which will show where they are in the schedule.

You can create your own schedule ("My Schedule") by clicking the plus button in the schedule or "Add Now" on the page of any given session.

If you are presenting, we recommend that you go ahead and add your session(s) to your personal schedule ("My Schedule").

We have a curated list of "Schedule Tracks," sessions with similar topics or themes. Click the button for more information.

Please remember that we continually update the schedule. Any location changes, etc., will automatically show up in the app.
