The Vignelli Center for Design Studies invites you to an evening honoring the life, work, and enduring influence of Harry Bertoia, whose explorations in form and material continue to define modern design.
On Wednesday, October 29, we welcome Celia Bertoia, daughter of Harry Bertoia and founder of the Bertoia Foundation, to Rochester Institute of Technology for an evening that celebrates the restoration of seven of Bertoia’s Gilt Dandelion sculptures—now part of the RIT collection—and explores how his legacy continues to shape contemporary design thinking.
