Hi clients and friends,
I’ve been checking in with homeowners in Arizona as the market continues to adjust, and I wanted to share a quick note.
Nationwide, the market is starting to move again. Existing home sales rose 5.1% in December, and inventory has been building nationally for more than two years.
But here’s the part that gets lost in the headlines. Real estate is still local. Even the national reports have pointed out that this has been a market of “exceptions, not averages,” because one city can behave very differently from the next.
That’s why I keep hearing the same question: “If I were to sell, what would I need to do differently right now?”
To help answer that, I’m hosting a free home-selling workshop specifically for Arizona homeowners. It’s a relaxed, no-pressure session where we’ll translate national trends into what you should pay attention to locally and which steps actually matter before you make any decisions.
During the workshop, we’ll talk through:
🗹 What’s currently working for sellers
🗹 How pricing and preparation have shifted
🗹 Simple steps that can make a meaningful difference in results
🗹 Common missteps that can quietly cost time or money
Even if selling is something you’re only considering down the road, this will give you a clearer picture of your options and timing, without any expectation to move forward.
If you’d like to listen in, you can save your spot here.
And if now isn’t the right time, that’s completely fine. I’ll continue sharing helpful updates as the market evolves.
Best,
