Dear CC Community,

Scammers are jumping on board all the news coverage of the Crowdstrike issue and sending emails posing as either Crowdstrike staff or IT staff trying to help people fix the problem. Be aware of this trend and do not engage or respond to unsolicited emails which seem to be from Crowdstrike or an IT organization. If you are experiencing the issue, the best thing to do is create an incident using the CC IT ticketing system found on the Single Sign On page.

ITS continues to address the issue with Windows PCs blue-screening due to the Crowdstrike update. The highest priority issues have been addressed and we are making progress on fixing individual workstations as community members contact us, a process we expect to continue into next week.
