As you head into Spring Break, we hope you’re able to rest, reset, and spend time doing whatever nourishes you—whether that’s traveling, being outdoors, working, or just catching up on sleep.
Wherever Spring Break week takes you, we encourage you to stay mindful of your safety and well-being. Make plans with people you trust, look out for one another, pay attention to your surroundings, and trust your instincts.
|
If something doesn’t feel right, you don’t owe anyone your time, energy, or access to you.
And if something does happen over break—whether related to sexual misconduct, relationship violence, stalking, harassment, or anything else impacting your well-being—please remember you are not alone. Support and confidential resources are available to you when you return to campus (and in many cases, remotely while you’re away). Reaching out does not obligate you to take any particular action; it simply opens the door to support.
