Interested in connecting with others at St. B's? |
Small groups at St. B's are intentional communities created to build connection and foster spiritual formation. This fall we'll be offering the following groups:
🧑🏻‍🤝‍🧑🏿 Women's & Men's Small Groups
These groups meet for 8-9 weeks with meeting time to be determined by group schedule. These groups will share their faith stories and begin to explore spiritual practices through The Way of Love curriculum. These groups will be limited to 8-10 participants each and begin in late September/early October.
⛪ All Ages and Stages Small Group
Shannon and Jason Truss will be leading a small group focused on building community and deepening your spiritual life (most) Monday nights at 6:30 p.m. at St. B's. This group is open to all and people from all ages and stages of life are welcome to join. The group will be limited to 12 members and begin September 22.
🙏 Centering Prayer Small Group
Centering Prayer is a receptive method of Christian silent prayer which deepens our relationship with God. This group will meet on Tuesdays at 7:00 p.m. at St. B's and last for a little over an hour. This group will be facilitated by Lee Shaw and begin September 23.
Please sign-up for a small group here no later than Friday, September 19. If you have any questions, please email Rev. Heather.

A Prayer for an End to Political Violence
|
God of mercy and peace, we grieve for all lives lost to political violence. Comfort all families who have experienced such loss and those who experience threats of violence. Grant us self-control in political discourse, that anger and fear do not lead us into harm. Stir our hearts toward compassion, and bless us with the gift of understanding, that we may listen and not judge. Lord, guard us from the pride that built the Tower of Babel, and unite us in patience and humility—building together for the good of all. We trust in your justice and your steadfast love, through Jesus Christ our Prince of Peace. Amen. Â
