Boundless, provided by the Texas State Library and Archives Commission, gives library cardholders in Texas access to free digital eBooks and audiobooks. Genealogy Talk: Using AI to Transcribe Records - Friday, January 10th at 10:30am

Join skilled volunteer Jane Schwendinger for a new Genealogy Lecture Series on the fourth Friday of the month. Schwendinger is the former President of the Austin Genealogical Society and longtime leader of the library's Genealogy Group. Join her on Friday, January 10th at 10:30am to learn how to use Claude AI to transcribe and translate genealogical records.

The library was recently awarded a grant from the Lakeway Civic Corporation to support our free, live music series. With this new partnership we will be able to bring back some of our favorite artists as well as new talented performers. Kicking off the series is Kristen Gibbs, a classically trained harpist and vocalist who plays a variety of musical styles including pop, blues, country, classical, and more. Join us for live music at the library sponsored by the Lakeway Civic Corporation on Friday, January 10th at 3pm!
