Semester Kickoff Workshop with Academic Success

The Office of Academic Success wants you to kick off the semester with success! The Semester Kickoff Workshop, set for tomorrow, January 17, 12:00 – 1:00 pm, in Schreier Auditorium in the SAC and on Zoom, will teach attendees tips for having a strong semester and creating a plan for success. Lunch will be provided for those who attend in person.

Register for February's Book Club by Tomorrow

Registration for the next Book Club at the Center discussion closes tomorrow, January 17. The discussion, set for Wednesday, February 26, will center on Rebecca Skloot’s book, The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks, which tells the story of how Lacks’ cells—taken without her knowledge—became one of the most important tools in medicine.

Stalking Awareness Month Training

Join the Office of Access and Compliance for a stalking awareness event Wednesday, January 29, 12:00 – 1:00 pm, in GEB A204 and on Zoom. The presentation will focus on identifying and addressing stalking and supporting people who have experienced it. Lunch will be provided.
