Students: Spring 2022 Survey Closes Today

Students, your input is valuable to us, and we want to hear from you again about how you’re doing, how we can better support you, and what you need to be successful. The Spring 2022 Student Survey closes TODAY, Friday, March 11.

 

We will use the feedback from all the UT campuses to guide decisions, shape policies, and allocate resources. Please take a few minutes to provide this important feedback. All responses are completely anonymous and the survey only takes 2 minutes!

Buy Grizzlies Tickets or T-shirts by March 15

The Grizzlies have teamed up with UTHSC for a night of fun at the Grizzlies vs. Suns game on Friday, April 1, at 7:00 pm. All fans who purchase their tickets by Tuesday, March 15, through this special link will receive a FREE UTHSC Night with the Grizzlies T-shirt. Also, all fans who purchase through this link will have access to the Pre-Game Shoot-around in a lower section, in addition to free entry for the postgame Gospel Night concert.

Required Trainings Due June 30

Eight different compliance trainings are REQUIRED for all faculty and staff by June 30. Read here for more information about how to access these trainings.

HIPAA training is REQUIRED for all students and residents by June 30. Read here for more information about how to access this training.

The Outside Interest Disclosure Form is REQUIRED for all employees by June 30. Read here for more information about how to access this form.

Flu and COVID-19 Vaccine at UHS!

University Health Services (UHS) has flu and Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine available for employees and students. The vaccine is in limited supply and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. UHS is supplying all doses of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine, regardless of where you are in the series. UHS is located on the 9th floor of the 910 Madison Building on the Memphis campus.

 

Flu vaccinations can be self-scheduled on the UHS patient portal. COVID-19 vaccination appointments must be scheduled by UHS staff due to the difference in preparation. Please call UHS at 901.448.5630 to schedule your appointment.
