The Essentials certificate bundles four Equal Opportunity courses to provide the reason and know-how to support a safe, healthy and resilient university community. If you complete all four workshops listed below by June 1, 2025, you will receive a Credly badge and certificate.

The Ripple Effect
 
The annual Sisterhood Dinner, hosted by The Council on the Status of Women (CSW), The Women’s Center, and the Office of Equal Opportunity, took place on February 24. Read about the event and this year’s award winners here. This year’s theme was “The Ripple Effect,” and CSW chair Taufika Islam Williams shared her story of how women in her life have impacted her trajectory.

Fostering a Positive Workplace Culture (PWC) certificate – This certificate program offers a comprehensive learning experience, integrating key objectives from three required courses: Intercultural Awareness & Workplace Scenarios, Interpersonal to Organizational Culture, and Proactive Leadership for Creating Accountability and Handling Conflict.
