GrassRoots' Jordan Departs: GrassRoots Dir./Promotion RJ Jordan is leaving the company to take on the role of caregiver to his mother. He tells Country Aircheck, "I’ve enjoyed my time at GrassRoots, and am looking forward to the next chapter: caring for my mother, getting reacquainted with my Kindle and continuing my radio-related side pursuits like voicetracking and VO work, as time allows." Managing Partner/Co-Owner Nancy Tunick adds, "[RJ] contributed so much to our team with his extensive radio experience, brilliant strategic mind and exceptional karaoke skills! We will miss him." The company is in the final round of interviews for the position, so interested candidates can send resumes (quickly) to Tunick here. Rebekah Clements and Teresa Chance will be handling his duties in the interim. Jordan joined the company in 2015 (CAT 3/19/15) and rose to his most recent position in 2023 (CAT 1/24/23).
