Motown Philly: Audacy WYCD/Detroit's The Rob and Holly Show, hosted by Rob Stone and Holly Hutton, has moved from nights to afternoons, flipping slots with Sean “Coop” Tabler. Afternoon co-host Sarah Thomas has exited. The Rob and Holly Show remains in nights across the rest of its Audacy affiliates. Tabler previously hosted nights at WYCD from 2010 to 2015, then rejoined WYCD in 2020, initially for middays (CAT 4/7/20) before being paired with then night host Thomas in afternoons (CAT 9/15/20). He is based at sister Classic Hits WOGL/Philadelphia, where he does mornings. Reach Thomas here.

Red Street Regional Dir./Country Promotion Bridget Herrmann has joined Nashville Harbor as Sr. Dir./Promotion & Marketing, BMLG Sr. Dir./Digital Marketing Dexter Bensman has been named Head/Digital Marketing for Nashville Harbor, while Christina Hunt has joined as Coord. Herrmann succeeds Andrew Thoen, who has transitioned full-time into his role as Nashville Harbor Dir./Streaming & Digital Partnerships (CAT 7/26/24). The Chicago-based Herrmann spent a year at Red Street in 2024

Signage: Sony Music Publishing Nashville has entered into a global publishing administration partnership with Sea Gayle Music and Domain Capital Group. "I’ve long admired the way Rusty Gaston champions songwriters, and I know our team and catalog are in the very best hands," says Sea Gayle CEO Chris DuBois. Adds Gaston, "We’re proud to be partnering with Sea Gayle and Domain to champion these amazing songwriters and catalogs.” Domain Capital Group purchased Sea Gayle’s catalog and entered into a joint venture with the company in 2020.

Back In Black: Clint Black will be recognized as a BMI Icon during the invitation-only 73rd annual BMI Country Awards at the company's Nashville office Nov. 18. Hosted by BMI's Mike O’Neill, Mike Steinberg and Clay Bradley, the show will also honor Country Songwriter of the Year, Country Song of the Year and Country Publisher of the Year while celebrating 2025's 50 most-performed songs.

Bits & Pieces: After recenty signing with Nashville Harbor and Make Wake Artists (CAT 7/17), The Band Perry's Reid Perry is leaving the band, which currently includes his sister,
Kimberly Perry and her husband Johnny Costello. Reid says in an Instagram post, "I’ll be around, managing a new voice I believe in more than anything, Ryan Coleman ... I wish Kimberly and TBP the best as they move forward into the future."
Carrie Underwood, The Isaacs, Mandy Barnett, Riders In The Sky and Sophia Scott will perform – and Amy Grant will flip the switch to turn the set pink – during the Grand Ole Opry's 17th annual Opry Goes Pink show on Oct. 25. Life Note: Singer/songwriter and longtime SiriusXM personality Dallas Wayne has been diagnosed with multiple myeloma. He shared that he's been undergoing treatment "for some time now" and is "well on my way to remission," but will be taking time off from his radio shows in the coming weeks to undergo a stem cell transplant. He has been with SiriusXM for more than 20 years and is heard on Willie's Roadhouse and Outlaw Country. |

Chronicle: Longtime air personality James Holley died Oct. 5 at his home in Clovis, CA at the age of 76. Holley's career began in the mid-1970s in his home town at KMAK/Fresno. Other stops included KSON/San Diego, and Fresno stations KFRE and KCML. After leaving radio for a career in insurance, he returned in 2015 at KTKP/Topeka (CAT 3/4/16). The son of Texas Playboys fiddle player Joe Holley, James was a performing musician in the Fresno area, including time with the K-Free Haywire Band, which he co-founded while at KFRE. A celebration of life is planned for Oct. 27 at noon at the Veterans Memorial Hall in Clovis, CA. Flowers can be sent to 6251 E Pontiac Way, Fresno, CA 93727.
