83rd Street east of Monticello Road to close Friday night
The City of Lenexa will close 83rd Street between Valley Road and Deer Run Street starting at 8 p.m. on Friday, November 7, 2025, for storm sewer repairs. The closure is expected to be completed by Saturday evening, Nov. 8, weather permitting.
Westbound traffic detour route:
Detour will be accessed via Woodland Road to Prairie Star Parkway to Monticello Road to 83rd Street.
Eastbound traffic detour route:
Detour will be accessed via Monticello Road to Prairie Star Parkway to Woodland Road to 83rd Street.
