The University of Tennessee System is once again partnering with McLean & Company, an independent human resources research firm, to administer UT System’s 2024 Employee Pulse Engagement survey. This abbreviated annual survey, a follow-up to last year’s survey, aims to gather your feedback regarding areas in which you feel we were able to make positive strides, or areas we may still need to work on. You can expect to receive an email on Wednesday, Sept. 18 from McLean & Company (survey@mcleanco.com) asking you to participate in the survey. Please note that this survey may inadvertently appear in your “spam” or “other” folder.
As a third-party provider, McLean & Company ensures responses remain confidential and the process is objective. McLean & Company only shares aggregate results of the survey with the University and will not share individual responses.
