You are invited to the Grand Opening and Floss Cutting for the College of Dentistry’s new Delta Dental of Tennessee Building, tomorrow, April 14. The Floss Cutting will take place at 1:00 pm outside the building’s entrance, and self-guided tours of the building will follow.

April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month, dedicated to raising awareness, educating the public, and supporting those impacted by sexual assault. OIED invites you to sign the virtual pledge wall, and to attend its programs addressing the issue of sexual violence this month.

Mark your calendar for UTHSC’s third-annual Giving Day on Tuesday, April 25! The goal is to reach 1,100 gifts in 24 hours – all donations help further the UTHSC mission! Donate a minimum of $5 to receive food from one of three food trucks in Health Sciences Park from 11:00 am to 1:30 pm.

Register now for a three-part Culinary Medicine Series, put on by the Mind, Body, Wellness program. The series kicks off Thursday, April 20, from 11:00 am – 12 pm. Participants will learn how to take better care of their bodies through a healthier diet.

| UTHSC Group Hike This Weekend

Join Campus Recreation for a UTHSC Group Hike this Saturday, April 15. Meet at Meeman-Shelby Forest State Park at 9:45 am. The approximately three-mile hike will last about two hours. Check out Campus Rec’s equipment rentals if you’re in need of gear.
