Hello Cookie Volunteers,
We wanted to share an update on reward shipments. Unfortunately, the rewards timeline is being pushed back for all rewards distributed through our Communities. At this time, rewards are expected to now arrive to your Community Product Leader between May 28-29.
Why the delay? Several reward items have been delayed in arriving to our warehouse due to shipping complications, which means ABC Bakers does not yet have all items needed to complete the shipments. Once they arrive, ABC Bakers will in turn pack and ship the items as quickly as they are able to avoid further delays.
We know this is disappointing news, especially after a long cookie season, and we understand the frustration these delays may cause. While this situation was outside of our control, we truly appreciate your patience, flexibility, and understanding as we work through the shipment delays. Your Community Product Leader will be in contact when the items have arrived and are ready for pickup.
