MAGNIFY | Alumni Regional Happy Hour Kickoff

The 2024 SOMC Alumni Regional Happy Hour Tour is officially underway! On Wednesday, Aug. 28, we kicked off in the Midlands for an evening of fellowship and networking with both local alumni and new students from all programs. The event featured catered appetizers, a private bar, and an opportunity for students to play "Networking Bingo," a fun engagement activity that allowed them to make connections with SOMC graduates in the area, the Alumni Engagement team, and each other. Remarks were provided by Interim Dean Gerald Harmon, MD and plenty of contact information was exchanged throughout the room, making this evening a meaningful event for both our alumni and new students.
We're taking this show on the road and headed to a city near you! Keep your eyes peeled for SC and Atlanta region-specific emails coming from the Alumni Engagement team in the next few weeks.
