This initial release of TSS is focused on delivering the core capabilities needed to support Fall 2026. As with any major system launch, you may encounter limitations, workarounds or functionality that continues to evolve as the system stabilizes. The TSS team is actively reviewing reported issues and prioritizing fixes that affect critical university operations, so please use one of the established TSS support channels to ensure your request is tracked and directed to the right team. To access TSS, ensure you have been approved via the access request form and log in via sis.ucsd.edu.

TSS Login: Access to TSS must be approved and provisioned via the Campus Access Request Form. To access the system, use sis.ucsd.edu and login with your Active Directory (AD) credentials. Learn more via the TSS Roles and Access KBA. Report any technical or login issues to tss@ucsd.edu.

Class Roster App in TSS: This application was expected to launch this month, but its release is being postponed because it did not meet the project team’s expectations for functionality. To access class roster information, it is recommended that staff and faculty use the My Class List report in the Student tab of the Business Analytics Hub (BAH). Review the My Class List Blink page for more information. Note: Current FERPA training is required to access this report.
- Class section subtitles missing or outdated on Schedule of Classes (SoC): TSS is not currently displaying subtitles on the SoC for events with subtitle updates. There is currently no way for the scheduling team to update the name on an event package. The project team is aware and working to resolve this issue.
