This initial release of TSS is focused on delivering the core capabilities needed to support Fall 2026. As with any major system launch, you may encounter limitations, workarounds or functionality that continues to evolve as the system stabilizes. The TSS team is actively reviewing reported issues and prioritizing fixes that affect critical university operations, so please use one of the established TSS support channels to ensure your request is tracked and directed to the right team. To access TSS, ensure you have been approved via the access request form and log in via sis.ucsd.edu.

- Students should review their addresses in TSS and make sure they are current. It is recommended that they do not edit the “valid to” end date and leave it as 12/31/9999. Any time a student enters a new address into TSS, it will automatically end-date the prior address. An invalid address can delay a student’s refund even if they are enrolled in direct deposit.
- Direct Deposit enrollments: We have reached our target goal of direct deposit enrollments in TSS! Thank you to all for helping to spread the word and support this effort!
-
Extended Studies Login Issues: Extended Studies (DES) students who are experiencing login issues with TSS should review the “Accessing TSS as an Extended Studies Student” article. Students should contact the ITS Service Desk if they continue to have issues. Students should not drop a course in an attempt to fix the issue. View more DES information, resources, and support on the Extended Studies website

- ITS Service Desk Phone Line: Based on feedback from customers, the Service Desk has implemented an estimated wait time in the three queues that customers can select. Callers will get a different estimate depending on whether they choose 1 (main service desk), 2 (TSS for main campus), or 3 (DES TSS).
