We’re excited to announce that registration is officially open for Tulane’s 2025 Professional Development Week (PDW), taking place April 7–11!
This year, the Office of Human Resources’ Talent Development team and the Innovative Learning Center (ILC) are partnering to bring you an expanded week of learning, connection, and growth. All Tulane staff and faculty —regardless of role — are encouraged to participate.
What to Expect During PDW 2025
- A Full Week of Learning: Choose from 25 curated sessions throughout the week. The extended format allows more flexibility and fewer scheduling conflicts.
- Hybrid Format: Sessions will be offered both virtually and in person, with locations on the uptown and downtown campuses.
- Relevant and Engaging Topics: Explore themes such as AI in the workplace, Tulane-specific tools and resources, leadership and managerial development, and personal wellness.
- New This Year: TU-torials on Friday: The week will close with TU-torials hosted by the Innovative Learning Center — featuring expert voices, interactive learning, and both in-person and virtual options.
- Participation Perks: Everyone who participates will be entered into a raffle for exciting giveaways, including Jazz Fest tickets. You’ll also have opportunities to network, collaborate across departments, and recharge your professional toolkit.
