Over the next few months, we'll be making some changes to our newsletter to make it easier for you to stay informed of project progress. Thank you for your patience while we work out the details of our reformatted newsletter.

The first change: Each month we'll feature a "What You Should Know" section with high-level bullets of our progress since last month and upcoming opportunities to connect with the team. Below is our first installment.

Core Student Information System (SIS) Replacement

The Request for Proposal (RFP) seeking a currently-available student information system was released

Financial Aid System Replacement

Our project implementation team recently completed vendor-training
We’ve begun design sessions with guide on the side Sierra-Cedar and the implementation team
Design sessions continue for the Financial Support Request Tool (FSRT), used by the Graduate Financial Support Unit

Curriculum Management System Implementation

Responses to the RFP for a curriculum management system were received and are being reviewed by Procurement and the project core team

Upcoming Opportunities for Engagement

Want to learn more about any of the work happening for the SIS Project? We will have the following town halls upcoming this quarter.
