University of Central Florida College of Nursing
Advancing Nursing Simulation and Research at the University of Central Florida 
The new Dr. Phillips Nursing Pavilion is set to expand the college's STIM Center (Simulation, Technology, Innovation, and Modeling), providing students with real-world clinical experiences in an internationally recognized simulation and clinical skills center. The facility will house student common spaces, offices, classrooms, a makerspace, and wet labs, all designed to increase research and collaboration opportunities on the health sciences campus.

Prioritizing the Student Experience at Duke 
The Center for Interprofessional Education and Care at Duke University is dedicated to promoting wellness and student success. It features supportive and flexible spaces, including treadmill workstations in study rooms, a seminar room that can be converted to a yoga studio, and a student services suite. The center connects to the larger School of Nursing complex, also designed by Ayers Saint Gross, to provide a platform for interprofessional health education.

Hofstra University Science and Innovation Center
Hofstra Center Supports Interdisciplinary Collaboration 
The Hofstra University Science and Innovation Center is a 75,000 GSF facility shared by the Hofstra Northwell School of Nursing and Physician Assistant Studies and the School of Engineering and Applied Science. The building houses a medical/surgical simulation wing with a patient care lab, clinical skills lab, and two operating room labs for cardiac perfusion and anesthesia. The labs are equipped with high-fidelity manikins to provide students with an immersive hospital simulation experience.

In response to a nationwide nursing shortage, the new Croley Nursing Building at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville will provide Vol Nurses a state-of-the-art home for advancing research and fostering the regional workforce. Influenced by the campus context, the new building acknowledges the past while actively supporting modern modes of experiential and collaborative learning.

The Carrington Hall renewal project at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill will provide a new nursing building with health education spaces commensurate with the quality and reputation of Carolina Nursing. The facility will support program growth by enabling larger class sizes, expanding simulation and clinical learning spaces, and offering innovative technologies to prepare highly skilled nurses.
