To annual parking permit holders,

In an effort to mitigate traffic congestion during peak hours for the staff, faculty and postdoctoral scholars annual permit parking holders who typically park in the 25th Avenue Garage, the university is offering use of garages on campus typically reserved only for the daily parking program.

Starting Aug. 24 through Aug. 31, the gates to the daily parking garages will stay open to allow anyone to park there. If you would like to continue using these lots starting Friday, Sept. 1, request access through this form. On that date, the gates will only open to Commodore Cards that have been added to the system.

Where can I park?
You will have access to all annual parking locations and the four daily parking garages: Sony, Terrace Place, Wesley Place and West garages. You can park in any unreserved parking space. You can avoid traffic congestion into and out of the 25th Avenue Garage by utilizing these other garages.

What will I pay?
You will continue to pay your annual parking monthly fee. This will be deducted from your paycheck.

How do I sign up to use these garages with an annual permit after next week?
  • You must have purchased a 2023–24 annual parking permit with Parking Services.
  • Fill out this form to request access to the daily parking garages. Allow two business days for processing to turn on access to the daily parking garages.
  • Once you receive confirmation, you will have access to the daily parking garages for the rest of the 2023-24 academic year.
