Students in the Undergraduate Summer Opportunities for Applying Research (U-SOAR) program will present their projects at a symposium Wednesday, August 16, from 9:00 a.m. to noon in Sutton Hall’s Blue Room. Plan to stop in and talk with students about their research while enjoying refreshments. The event is free and open to all.
President Michael Driscoll offers condolences on the death of P. Michael Kosicek, an associate professor in the Department of Management who joined the IUP community more than 20 years ago. He died July 25, 2023.
US Rep. Guy Reschenthaler will be the featured speaker Thursday from noon to 1:00 p.m. in Eberly 101 for an open community forum hosted by the Indiana County Center for Economic Operations. Reschenthaler is a Republican from Peters Township whose congressional district covers much of Indiana County.
