Preview course material to gain a sense of the big picture and anticipate how concepts fit together.
- Attend class by being attentive and engaged to gain insight from your instructor and fellow students.
- Review the course material soon after class while the information is still fresh and summarize the key points.
- Study by scheduling several focused study sessions for each class in advance of the final exam.
- Check in with yourself to ensure you have a strong understanding of the course material by regularly assessing your knowledge.

Did you know the library will be offering extended study hours during finals week? Check out the exceptions for regular hours to see when the IUP Libraries will be open. Reach out to your Navigator if you need help with a study plan. During finals week, be sure to stop by the De-Stress Fest on Tuesday, December 9, in 📍Folger Student Center from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. to help relax and get ready for finals.

🌱Grow Your Org. Workshop Series: Fundraising 101 |
This latest installment of the workshop series will feature professionals from the IUP Office of Annual Giving and the Student Government Association treasurer. During the sessions, attendees will learn how to take their fundraising efforts to the next level by engaging with alumni and corporate sponsors.
Attendees will also learn about opportunities to have some of their programming and promotional expenses reimbursed through the Student Growth Fund, which SGA manages. All groups are encouraged to attend the session on December 1 in 📍Elkin Hall Great Room or on December 4 in 📍Jane Leonard Hall, room 113.

Support the Planning Student Organization with a morning pick-me-up! The group will be selling coffee on Wednesday, December 3, from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. in 📍Kopchick Hall's Second Floor Atrium.

Support the Nurses Christian Fellowship for their end-of-semester fundraiser! The group will be selling bags of candy for you to enjoy as you prepare for your final exams on Tuesday, December 2, from 11:10 a.m. until 12:20 p.m. in 📍Stabley Library, Main Floor. Please note that the group will accept cash only.

The Office of Student Life will host a Blood Drive on Wednesday, December 3, from noon until 5:00 p.m. in the 📍Folger Student Center. If you are an eligible type O, B-, or A-, consider making a Power Red donation. Red blood cells are the most commonly transfused blood component.

Tuesday, December 2, is Giving Tuesday! The IUP community is joining together for the global fundraising and generosity campaign. This is your opportunity to make an impact on IUP students now and in the future. Alumni, family, and friends are invited to join efforts in supporting IUP students who need it the most. The Office of Student Giving will be hosting an event to celebrate Giving Tuesday on Tuesday, December 2, from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. in 📍Wallwork, G98. There will be music, giveaways, and light refreshments. All invited!
