Building a Better Me: Approaches to Well-Being |
The Counseling Center has created a group to give students a safe space to explore different approaches to well-being and self-care through conversations, writing, art, and other fun activities while teaching foundational mental health skills for navigating adulthood.
Participation in this group requires an initial 30-minute triage appointment. This is a short information session to see if the group is right for you. To schedule this appointment or to ask questions, contact the Counseling Center by phone at 724-357-2621 or email counseling-center@iup.edu. The next session is Wednesday, March 6, from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., so complete your initial screening ASAP!
|
On Thursday, March 6, IUP Health Service will conduct STI testing from 8:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. in Suites on Maple East. Students’ accounts will be billed $10 for the testing. Don’t press your luck by guessing your status; get tested! Send your questions to health-inquiry@iup.edu.

Your résumé is often your first impression with an employer, which is why you want to make sure you take the time to craft a well-organized document that highlights relevant experiences, education, and skills.
Whether you have a résumé, have never written a résumé, or don’t even know where to start, the CPDC can help! Send your résumé draft at any point to resume-review@iup.edu for electronic feedback, and/or schedule an appointment.
