Welcome back to another Bike School season.

For those of you who are in Whistler/Sea to Sky it has been a weird winter! Who has been riding bikes all winter?!!!Some days it feels like summer is just around the corner and other days we are in the depths of winter - don't worry summer is coming soon! Whismas is just 66 days away - May 15!! 

Thank you to all those who have reached out with questions about the coming season, I will get back to you asap, I appreciate your patience. 

Some updates:

Both internal and external Bike Guide positions are posted so if you know anyone interested please let them know. For other positions please see below.

Club is on sale with strong sign up numbers. Check in with your groups to make sure they have signed up and anyone with kids sign up now - to get the staff discount applied please fill in this form. 

We are still working on the rest of Bike School pricing. Dates and details are updated the website. Goal is for Evening programs will be on sale early April and we will do pre registration again.

If you are interested in a Staff Bike please fill out the waitlist link below.

Please note Staff Bikes for 2026 were ordered last summer, we do have a few bikes available that were allocated to staff that are no longer returning. Therefore size and model of bikes available are limited. Any additional bikes will be allocated based seniority and on which size and model fit for those on the waitlist. 

We will not know if there is a spare bike until May at which point we will reach out if there is a bike for you. 

Active Employees:

Your W-2s and T-4s are available online in EpicEmployee> Select the Launch Action Center tile under Popular Topics

T-4s for 2025 earnings are available as of February 28, 2026.

Once in the portal, under "My Pay" you can:

View and download your T-4, and other tax documents

If you are an inactive employee, please visit The Alumni Service Center. It's a website for past or inactive team members to access pay statements and tax documents like a W-2 or T-4, update your personal information, search for resources or get support from our HR Team.

As you know Chantel left at the end of last season to take a year round role leading the Wellness team at HOUSE, unfortunately for us she is doing an amazing job up there so will not be returning to bike school! 

Now Hiring: Bike School Supervisor (Mini Shredders & Junior Club)

We’re hiring a strong leader to support our youngest riders and guide our Blackcomb Club team. This role oversees daily operations, staffing, training, parent communication, and overall program quality. Great for someone with PMBI certification, coaching experience, and a passion for creating safe, fun, and memorable experiences for kids ages 3–8.
