Need to take a break during finals? Find a spot in the library's relaxation zone, where you'll find origami, jigsaw puzzles, adult coloring, and more activities to take a study break and switch your frame of mind.
We've also linked to some other relaxation, self-care, and stress-reduction activities below for you to explore on your own. Just remember: get some sleep, take breaks for physical activity and snacks, and find little ways to treat yourself with kindness.

Featured Resource: Rock's Backpages

A library of American and British popular music journalism including features, album reviews, interviews, and more. In addition to articles published in popular magazines such as Rolling Stone and Creem, this collection includes articles from more obscure publications as well as audio interviews.

Rock's Backpages is the largest archive of music journalism online, featuring over 55,000 articles on thousands of artists from Aaliyah to ZZ Top plus over 900 audio interviews with legends from Jimi Hendrix to Kate Bush.
