UW-Whitewater launches AI major |
Artificial intelligence is changing all facets of life for people all over the world, and UW-Whitewater will now train students pursuing high-demand careers in AI. The university announced the launch of a Bachelor of Science in Artificial Intelligence degree, which will debut this fall.

Career Services will host an Internships 101 Workshop this Wednesday, Feb. 4, from 4-5 p.m. in Hyland 1302. We'll talk about the benefits of an internship, why it's so important to get one, how to find one, helpful strategies and resources, recruitment timelines, and tips when applying. This event is open to all students!

Thursday: Either/Or launch party
|
Join students, faculty, and staff in celebrating the release of Either/Or, UW–Whitewater’s newest literary journal. The issue release party will take place this Thursday, Feb. 5, at 5:30 p.m. in Roberta’s Gallery in the UC. The program will feature selected readings from the journal. Appetizers and refreshments will be served.

Connect with more than 90 businesses, explore job opportunities, grow your professional network, and attend educational presentations at the Rock Regional Business Expo this Thursday, Feb. 5, from 3-7 p.m. at the Woodman’s Sports & Convention Center in Janesville.

Looking for something fun to do this weekend, Warhawks? Join us in the Summers Auditorium for “Now You See Me: Now You Don’t!” Showings start Thursday, Feb. 5, at 9 p.m., with additional showings Friday, Feb. 6, and Saturday, Feb. 7, at 7 p.m. This event is free with a HawkCard, so be sure to check it out!
