Financial Aid New Directors Training |
This five-module playlist provides a structured, asynchronous learning experience designed to promote consistency in foundational knowledge, regulatory compliance, and student-centered financial aid practices. New directors may experience gaps in onboarding, face complex federal and state regulatory requirements, encounter challenges in managing operational systems, and have limited access to in-person training opportunities. This series addresses those challenges by equipping new directors with the essential tools, context, and practical guidance needed to effectively administer state financial aid programs, maintain compliance, and enhance student access to critical resources.
