Consider Qwickly Attendance |
In Fall 2025, first generation students (i.e., students whose parents do not have a college degree) made up 22% of the undergraduate population at UAH. A recent report from the Common App found that first generation students are retained year to year and graduate at a lower rate than their peers. This pattern holds even when controlling for academic preparation and financial factors, meaning that first generation students face other unique barriers on their way to earning a degree. UAH supports first generation students through the First & Proud initiative. If you are interested in exploring opportunities or getting involved with the UAH First-Gen network, please complete this survey.

New Panopto Editing Feature -
Be Careful |
A new feature - the Save As function in Panopto video editing - has been enabled in Panopto. When used, the changes made are permanent in the video. This means if you deleted a portion of the video, it will be permanently deleted. If you Apply changes, then the changes are reversible. If you plan to use the Save As function when editing your video, we strongly recommend you first make a copy of it. For more information on the use of the Save As function, check out this video and feel free to contact ETLC at helpdesk@uah.edu.
