We Can't Wait to See You!
We're excited to get Orientation 2026 underway! As you make your final preparations for Opening Day on Thursday, Aug. 20, please be reminded of the following:

|

We invite families to join us at our Family Resource Fair in the Connelly Center from 9-10:30 a.m. Check your Orientation App for a list of departments and offices that will have representatives on hand to chat with your family members.

New Student Orientation officially begins with the University Welcome at 11 a.m. and continues with various activities and events throughout the day. Check your Orientation App for times and locations.

Following Opening Mass, families will depart campus and students will continue with Orientation activities for the remainder of the weekend.

Throughout our four-day Transfer Student Orientation program, you’ll participate in activities and attend events with your Orientation Group, starting immediately after the University Welcome. Remember, your Orientation Group number is 92. You'll meet your Transfer Counselor and your Orientation Group in Bartley Hall, Room 1011, at 1:15 p.m. on Opening Day! Later, families will meet with the Transfer Counselors at 2:20 p.m. in the Connelly Center Cinema.

Sign Up for NOVA Alert
As a student, you'll be automatically enrolled to receive emergency messages from the University. Family members can text NOVAALERT to 333-111 to enroll their mobile devices.

Finding Support from Technology Services
Having trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi? Need help with a laptop or other device? University Technology Services is here to support you on Move-In Day and throughout your time on campus. On Move-In Day, you’ll be greeted by members of Technology Services who are ready to answer any questions you might have about campus technology, including connecting to Wi-Fi, accessing Xfinity On Campus, setting up your student account, and navigating University technology resources. After move-in, support is available on the Villanova Campus via our TechZone locations at Dobbin Hall in the Commons and Falvey Library and on the Cabrini Campus at our location in Tagaste Hall. Virtual support is also available online at support.villanova.edu, or by phone at 610-519-7777. Don't forget to subscribe to our service status to be notified when there may be an interruption to MyNova, Wildcard, VUMobile, Brightspace and more.
