Recovery isn’t the opposite of progress — it’s the foundation that makes progress possible. Every time you train, you create small amounts of stress on your muscles and nervous system. It’s during rest, not the workout itself, that your body repairs, adapts, and grows stronger. Without proper recovery, performance plateaus, fatigue builds, and motivation dips.
