We’re excited to host another Parents’ Date Night event. Featuring games and activities, dinner, and three hours of parental freedom. This is a drop-off event so parents can enjoy a night for themselves. Open to kids 6 months - 14 years old.
Little ones aged 6 months to 6 years will have a blast in KidZone, while those aged 7 to 14 can look forward to a fun-filled pool party.

Make a splash with our pool party rentals, available on Saturdays and Sundays from 4-6pm. Our package includes access to our spacious party room—equipped with chairs, tables, a sink, and a fridge/freezer—along with two pool lanes combined into one large swim area, perfect for family fun.

Enjoy your workout completely uninterrupted! Our KidZone has updated its operating hours to give you even more flexibility. Drop the little ones off for supervised, safe fun while you get your sweat on.

BUILDING RESILIENCE THROUGH CONTRAST THERAPY |
Contrast therapy — alternating between heat (like saunas, hot showers, or baths) and cold exposure (ice baths, cold showers, or chilly outdoor air) — does more than test your grit. This practice helps improve circulation, reduce inflammation, and train your nervous system to adapt to stress. When you expose your body to controlled temperature changes, your blood vessels constrict and expand, stimulating blood flow and helping your body recover faster after workouts. It also strengthens your stress response, teaching your body to stay calm under pressure — physically and mentally.
The best part? You don’t need an expensive setup or a full spa day to reap the benefits. Try ending your regular shower with 30–60 seconds of cold water, gradually building up over time. Or, alternate 3 minutes of hot water and 1 minute of cold for two or three rounds. After a workout, use a warm bath with Epsom salt followed by a brief cold rinse to reduce muscle soreness. Even stepping outside on a brisk morning for a few deep breaths can trigger a mild, beneficial cold response. The key is consistency — these small, intentional temperature shifts help build physical resilience, boost mood, and remind your body how strong and adaptable it truly is.
