Dear Student Affairs team members,
Thank you for your tremendous work this academic year.
During my opening remarks at our August Student Affairs kick-off event, I touched on the theme of this year being, “Our Students.” While we all have different roles, the work we do in Student Affairs is to support our student’s development and to provide a best-in-class student experience.
Because of your work, I believe we are doing this at WashU and from the bottom of my heart, I thank you for all of your contributions.
On May 20, we have the opportunity to wrap the academic year during our Student Affairs Professional Development Day. The theme — Re-ignite, Re-charge, Re-focus, comes at the perfect time as we collectively reinforce our ‘why’.
Until then, let us celebrate our graduates in the coming weeks during a very important moment in their lives.
With Gratitude,
|
