We've made it! Finals week is nearly done, and many of your students will be walking across the stage at the Convocation Center to graduate this weekend. For those of you attending Commencement, find details about the event, parking and the livestream link.
Whether your student is moving out or moving somewhere new at the end of this week, please remember the move-out resources including donation stations and recycling options. Expect traffic and parking adjustments around Athens if you're helping them this weekend.
Your student couldn't have made it to the end of the academic year without support from you. Final exams and Commencement are just as much of a celebration for all of those who have been a part of your student's journey. I hope to see you again soon!

Support doesn't end with the semester |
Does your student need mental health support or to speak to an advocate? Depending on where they are this summer, services might look a little different, but we are always here to help.
Same-day drop-in appointments with CPS are available for new or returning clients Monday through Friday between 9:45 a.m. and 3:15 p.m. at Hudson Health Center 3rd Floor or by calling 740.593.1616. Telehealth services via Zoom are available to students who are currently enrolled in Athens Campus, reside in the state of Ohio, and have been screened as being appropriate for mental health services through telehealth. If experiencing a crisis, all students may speak with a counselor 24/7/365 by calling 740.593.1616 or 988. If in need of emergency care, call 911.
The Survivor Advocacy after-hours hotline is not active over break, but the office remains open with normal hours.

| Course materials in Canvas
|
Starting in Summer 2026, OHIO will add a 5% markup to Inclusive Access content to support the costs of running the program. This update helps ensure course materials remain affordable, reliable and ready when classes begin. Inclusive Access still offers discounted digital course materials delivered through Canvas on the first day of class, and students have the option to opt out of this program in Canvas. Opting out means that students will have to locate and purchase the course materials independently, rather than having them automatically available and billed to their student account.

Students will get free early arrival housing, volunteer hours, a free t-shirt, and snacks. Applications open in Housing Self-Service beginning June 1.
