Dear Colleagues,

The July Performance Conversation cycle opens today, July 1, and remains open for completion through Friday, August 9.

Performance Conversations are your opportunity to meet with your supervisor and have dialogue about development and how things have been going for you at work. It is also designed to be a time where you co-create goals which will help clarify the priorities you are working towards over the next few months.

Staff who have been employed at the college for at least 30 days, who regularly work during the month of July, and who report to a supervisor who regularly works during the month of July, are expected to participate in this cycle. If you have questions about your participation, please contact Sara San Souci.

Performance Conversations are documented in Bridge and consist of three parts:

  • Self-Review
  • Manager Review
  • Performance Conversation

Based on questions received during the first Performance Conversation in April, a FAQ website has been developed. You can find a suggested timeline and training resources on the Feedback Practices website. If you have additional questions or would like support with your specific situation, please reach out to Sara San Souci or schedule a time to meet.
