Well-being at work

  • Have ideas for improving well-being at work? One of our Mendoza College of Business Ph.D. students shares the following request - we hope you'll consider participating, and sharing with your networks. Thank you! My name is Victoria Lyczak, and I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Management at Notre Dame. My research examines how to make the workplace better for employees—more energizing, purposeful, and ethical. I am currently conducting a research study on workplace communication, and I am hoping to gain perspectives from individuals who have worked as mid-level managers in a large company for at least one year and work full-time in organizations in the U.S. Specifically, I am looking for individuals in roles like supervisors, team leads, and managers or senior managers. If this criteria describes you, I'd love to speak with you for a 45 minute interview in exchange for a $50 Amazon e-gift card. To participate, please contact me at  vlyczak@nd.edu. Thank you!
