My name is Victoria Lyczak, and I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Management at Notre Dame. My research examines how to make the workplace better for employees—more energizing, purposeful, and ethical. I am currently conducting a research study on workplace communication, and I am hoping to gain perspectives from individuals who have worked as mid-level managers in a large company for at least one year and work full-time in organizations in the U.S. Specifically, I am looking for individuals in roles like supervisors, team leads, and managers or senior managers.
