Letters of Intent Due August 10, Noon

Rotarians, please help by getting the word out. Letters of Intent (LOI) from qualifying nonprofits will be accepted now and until Aug 10, Noon. If you know of a nonprofit who could benefit from a grant up to $75,000 from the annual OnePledge, please forward the guidelines, timeline, and online application form. Service Saturday - Flower Gardening at Rainbow Fleet

July 31, 8:00-Noon
Rotary Club 29 Volunteers are needed to plant flowers into 4 or 5 raised flower beds, that will be constructed ahead of time. Each bed is approximately 15-20 ft. long and 4 ft wide. There also are a small number of flower pots to be re-potted and distributed around the lovely school property.

The address is 1105 N.W. 45th in the Horace Mann school building. The entrance is on the west side of the building close to the parking lot (NOT the entrance labelled 1105 NW 45th)

Each rotarian should plan on bringing your own work gloves, hand tools for gardening, maybe some bug spray, and wear your favorite hat or visor. Most of the work will be outside. Masks for virus protection will not be required, but are a matter of your personal preference.
