Stay Cool & Comfortable this Summer |
As temperatures rise, we encourage all members to dress appropriately for warmer weather while exercising. Lightweight, breathable workout clothing can help keep you cool, comfortable, and safe during your workouts. Consider wearing moisture-wicking fabrics and reducing extra layers when possible. Proper workout attire not only helps regulate body temperature but also allows for better movement and a more enjoyable fitness experience.
Thank you for helping us maintain a comfortable environment for everyone at the club!

Following Josie's departure for maternity leave, Helga will be teaching our Pilates classes throughout the month of July. We are grateful for her support during this transition period.
As Helga will be relocating in August, we will be offering Core & More classes on an interim basis while we continue our search for a permanent Pilates instructor. Core & More classes focus on strengthening the core, improving balance, and enhancing overall functional fitness.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to find the right instructor to continue our Pilates program. Stay tuned for future updates!

Earn Discounts on Personal Training with Myzone |
Did you know that purchasing a Myzone heart rate monitor for just $60 could potentially pay for itself? Members who participate in upcoming Myzone Challenges and achieve monthly Myzone Effort Point (MEP) goals may qualify for rewards, including 10% off Personal Training packages, specialty programs, and other exclusive incentives. We will host these challenges periodically throughout the year.
Beyond the savings, Myzone helps take the guesswork out of exercise. Most people have no idea if they're training hard enough or too hard to achieve their goals. By providing real-time heart rate feedback, Myzone shows exactly how hard your body is working so you can train smarter and get better results.
Myzone also makes fitness more engaging by rewarding effort, tracking progress, and increasing accountability. For members working with a personal trainer, live heart rate feedback during sessions helps ensure you're training in the right zones and getting the most from every workout.
Train smarter, stay motivated, and get rewarded for your effort. Ask a trainer or fitness team member how you can purchase a Myzone device and start earning MEPs today!

The Power of Everyday Activity |
Non-exercise activity thermogenesis, or NEAT, is the energy your body burns through all the little movements you do outside of formal workouts: walking, cleaning, gardening, taking the stairs, even fidgeting. These micro-movements might seem insignificant, but they add up to a major impact on your metabolism, heart health, and longevity.
