Weekly Happenings
Our mission at Barefoot Republic is to facilitate Christ-centered relationships between individuals from diverse racial, cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds through an equally diverse platform of artistic, athletic and team-building programs.

We strive to reflect God’s pursuit of His children through interests, passions, interpersonal relationships, and equipping students with tools for exploring and discovering God’s presence in their lives.

Learn more about them here.

Today, a group of Junior High youth and their chaperones leave today for a week at Barefoot Republic. Please keep them in your prayers.
WPC has a Medical Lending Closet, with items available to church members and the community at large to borrow for as long as necessary. We have wheelchairs, shower chairs, potty chairs, crutches, canes, and other miscellaneous items available. It is part of our ministry.
Contact is Ward DeWitt, 615-500-3761; dewittmoving@comcast.net.
Are you cleaning your closet? Donate any t-shirts without collars, shorts, or summer clothing to our clothing closet! The Oasis Center is now taking donations.

We also need new in-package underwear, new swimwear, tennis shoes, joggers, pajamas, rain jackets, and jeans. We have limited space, so please visit our wish list at oasiscenter.org/donate before you drop off.

If you have clothing or household items to donate that are not on our Donation Needs link in bio, you can still support us by donating them @thriftsmart, the thrift store whose proceeds benefit local charities! Swipe through to see how to weigh and log items you donate in our name. Throughout the year, we receive gift cards from ThriftSmart to give to our young people. This gift allows them some autonomy to buy their own clothing for work or for their families.

Delivery days are Mon - Thur from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. For questions, please email donations@oasiscenter.org.
