Connect with your St. B's Family |
We are forming supper groups at St. B's! This is a great way for parishioners to get to know each other – no matter how long you've been at St. B's! Supper groups are co-ed, social gatherings composed of approximately four households that will meet 3-4 times during the fall and winter months before rotating to new groups. We are offering four types of groups: adults meeting at homes, families meeting at homes, adults gathering at restaurants, and young adults (in their 20s-30s, without children). If there is enough interest, we can form groups based on zip code and stage of life. Please complete this form to express your interest by September 21. Groups will be formed by the end of September, with the first meal ideally in October, as determined by each group. For questions, contact Anne & David Walker.

Prayer for the Human Family on the Anniversary of 9/11
|
O God, you made us in your own image and redeemed us through Jesus Christ your Son: Look with compassion on the whole human family; take away the arrogance and hatred which infect our hearts; break down the walls that separate us; unite us in bonds of love; and work through our struggle and confusion to accomplish your purposes on earth; that, in your good time, all nations and races may serve you in harmony around your heavenly throne; through Jesus Christ our lord. Amen. |
