There is still space available to register for the Saturday Retreat (formerly All Day Sitting) on May 2nd with a talk by Stephan Bielfeldt. Stephan will join the retreat remotely via Zoom.
Stephan has been doing meditation work and holding retreats in both German and English since 2003.
He started working with Toni Packer in 1983, regularly taking part in her retreats in Germany and and in the United States. Towards the end of 1990, Toni asked him to offer private meetings with participants during her retreats in Germany. In 2003, she asked that he lead retreats in Poland and in Germany. Since that time, he has been holding retreats regularly in German and in English. He has also helped to found two meditation groups.
“I was most fortunate to have been able to work closely with Toni Packer for so many years. I seek to share with others the experience and insights of those years of meditation work, in the meditation groups and in retreat.”
The day's schedule is as follows:
8:30 AM: Timed sitting and walking
10:00 AM: Break/open sitting
10:30 AM: Timed sitting and walking
11:05 AM: Talk followed by open sitting
12:00 PM: Lunch and communal clean-up
12:30 PM: Break/open sitting
1:30 PM: Timed sitting and walking
2:40 PM: Group dialogue
3:40 PM: Refreshments/social time
